Anti-Aging Radiofrequency Facial

$140

Anti-Aging, Skin Tightening, and lifting radio frequency facial with Collagen Mask. Radiofrequency skin tightening is a nonsurgical method of tightening your skin. The procedure involves using energy waves to heat the deep layer of your skin known as your dermis. This heat stimulates the production of collagen. Collagen is the most common protein in your body. It creates the framework of your skin and gives your skin its firmness. As you age, your cells produce less collagen, which leads to sagging skin and wrinkles. Skin laxity occurs around age 35 to 40 when the quantity and quality of your collagen begins to decline. RF therapy has been used since 2001 to fight against sagging skin and signs of aging. It has been found that maintaining a temperature over 115°F (46°C) for over 3 minutes causes your body to release heat-shock proteins. These proteins stimulate your body to create new collagen fibers. The procedure normally takes less than an hour and should be nearly painless. The primary benefits of RF therapy are tightening your skin and getting rid of wrinkles. However, RF therapy may also help fight sun damage due to its ability stimulate the production of collagen. As you age, the quantity and quality of collagen fibers in your skin declines. Research has found that RF therapy is usually safe and can be effective at treating mild or moderate signs of aging.

Cryo Facial

$140

Cryotherapy Facials give the skin a youthful, glowy and plump appearance. Collagen is the most abundant type of protein in the human body. It serves as the main building block of our skin, bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and more, providing them with support and structure. It also forms part of our blood vessels, intestine, and other organs. It even helps in the replacement of dead skin cells, and in keeping our skin elastic, along with other health benefits. As we age, our bodies create less collagen, and existing collagen is used up more quickly as well. If you’ve started noticing that your skin is becoming wrinkled, sagging, or crepey, or there’s hallowing around your eyes or in different parts of your face, getting a cryo facial can help your body to produce more collagen. Cryo facials are generally considered safe. Cryo facials are an effective way to tighten and brighten the skin. They increase blood flow to the face, which can make the skin look healthy. Cryotherapy facials are a noninvasive cosmetic procedure and, unlike certain peels or microdermabrasion, with little to no down time. Really, anyone who wants a glow is a good candidate for a cryotherapy facial, especially those who feel that their skin looks tired or dull. Targeted areas: - Cryo facials target the face and, in some cases, the neck or décolletage. - Cryo facials are quick and easy, you’ll be able to walk out of the aesthetician’s office and continue with your normal activities.

Ultimate Hydrating Facial

$99

This facial and peel combination is an intense hydrating facial recommended for those with winter or sun damaged skin. The hydrating facial gently exfoliates the skin, while the lactic peel increases over all moisture. Vitamins A and C are infused into the skin to help restore the look of hydration and firmness to the skin. After this treatment you will notice that your skin is more hydrated than ever, leaving your skin less irritated than before. Because this treatment increases the production of collagen and elastin in the skin, over time you will notice fewer fine lines and wrinkles and an overall improvement in the skin’s texture. Unlike most peels, with the lactic acid peel you may not experience peeling or flaking because the lactic acid in this chemical peel encourages moisture retention. After most peels, the skin will be pink to red and look shiny and tight. For the first 48 hours after the treatment, it is vital to apply sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher and to avoid standing in direct sunlight for long periods of time. After this treatment, your skin will be more sensitive to UV rays and could be damaged by sun exposure, causing hyperpigmentation –or dark spots—on the skin. Best results are achieved when treatments are done in a series of six, one treatment every other week. This course of treatment will take approximately 3 months to complete. All of our peels are epidermal peels, and a series of six treatments combined with a proper at home skin care regime can produce the same results as a deep chemical peel. Unlike a deep peel, with an epidermal peel there is no risk of increased hyperpigmentation, down-time, pain or discomfort.
